Abstract

The title of this study is "Analysis of the Impact of Profitability on the Merger of PT Pelindo." A merger or merger is an effort to merge a company with another by maintaining the establishment of one company. The problem of this research is what are the impacts of profitability on the merger or merger of PT Pelindo. The samples in this study were PT Pelindo I, II, III, and IV. The data used is financial data before becoming a merger and after the merger, namely in the 2019-2021 period.  The results of his research were found that the average value of the NPM and ROE probability ratios increased after the merger but the ROA profitability ratio decreased but was still said to be ideal because the standards set by BI had been met.
